NEWS 7: ‘Colour Olympics’ in Sliven

Students have competed to show their knowledge in Literature, English, Mathematics and Information Technology.

Over 500 children participated in the National Education Initiative ‘Colour Olympics’ in the region of Sliven. The voices of ‘Bulgaria is You!’ – Santra and Bobo, Deputy Mayor of Sliven Ivan Slavov and the World Champion in rowing Victoria Dimitrova awarded the winners.

Students from Sliven demonstrated knowledge and skills in Bulgarian language and Literature, English, Mathematics and Information Ttechnology.

During the ceremony the guests and residents of the city had the opportunity to enjoy the creativity of the students who sang and danced, and to taste the Christmas specialties at a makeshift Christmas bazaar.
